About Us

Byron-Ballina Home Modification and Maintenance Service is a not-for-profit community based organisation providing home modifications and maintenance services to the frail aged, younger people with a disability and their carers.

We are happy to provide our services in the Byron Shire, Ballina Shire (except Alstonville and Wollongbar) and Broadwater, Woodburn and Evans Head and surrounding areas of the Richmond Valley Shire.

For more than 20 years we have been assisting in the safety and well being of those people in the community who need support in order to live independently in their own homes. This includes the fail aged and people with disabilities.

Whether it is a modification to homes to assist in daily mobility or the changing of a light bulb, we are committed to providing our clients with the highest standards of client care and workmanship. All our building modifications and maintenance follow strict building codes and Australian Standards. All work carried out in our client's homes is performed by qualified and licenced tradesmen.
